I have been using this product for the past few years and has never let me down by giving consistent safe browsing and keeping my computers safe.

Easy to use, works seamlessly in the background and updates databases regularly with no user participation required

I have has Kaspersky for many years and it has helped me keep my PC secure and when I do online banking.

Kaspersky has always provided the Best Protection, is value for money and uses less computer resources than most.

The reliable non pestering protection. Viruses and malware intercepted swiftly with few false positives. The automated background scan can be annoying when using virtual machines. Sometimes more transparency in the trusted software processes would help.

After purchasing a new PC, I changed my Antivirus protection, because another famous brand really let me down and let a virus onto my laptop. Ended up with the usual ' Blank Blue screen ' and no information. What I like about Kaspersky is that not only does it do the job, but also warns you about bad or rouge websites, and will not let you proceed. This is my 6th year with Kaspersky now and I am well pleased with it. I have tried another well known brand, but it just loads up the hard drive and slows everytrhing down.

Been using Kaspersky products for years and love them. The performance, virus and malware detection, ease of use, features, customer support, etc are top-notch. Have used multiple antivirus products in the past and found Kaspersky to be the best in all areas.

So far everything has been working great. I've had no issues with Kaspersky and my protection has been sound.

The software is great the protection it gives is second to none. If I wanted to change/improve anything it would be the Password software. Just can't get on with it and would have to improve greatly to rival RoboForm.

Been using Kaspersky for years now and found it very reliable.

Many years of god service cannot complain.

I trust and understand the controls, but i use it on both the Mac and Windows. They have different structures with windows having many more options then is offered on my Mac. I would like to see the Windows and Mac look and feel the same with the same options.

great software, feel the protection it provides is as good as the best, if you run a full scan and have malwarebytes installed it will take for ever, that is if it doesnt stop halfway. Urge Putin to stop the war in Ukraine!

I have used Kaspersky for a lot of years now and although it has at times fallen behind in the reviews I have found it to quickly catch and pass its competition. I have only had one area that I have needed to contact support and that was completed to my satisfaction and they excelled in trying to get a great resolution to the problem. At the time of the support request I did try a competitors product that was ranked higher but found they also failed to produce the results I needed and did not wish to provide support. All round Kaspersky has never let me down and I have never had a successful attack against any of the items I have secured with this product. The only time that you may find this lacking is in high speed gaming as it can lag sometimes near the beginning of new games until it learns when to begin Gaming mode for you.

I have used Kaspershy ySecurity for many years and it stands out over other products that I have used previously. I have never had any virus or similar problems while using Kaspersky and find it easy to usu and unobtrusive. I am 87 now and recommend it for anyone.

Kaspersky provides a reliable support service essential with todays internet.

I use it for a whole lot of things from blocking programs through the firewall to managing scan exceptions. Interface is easy to use once you can find your way around the first time. I think they should add a search function for settings. But its still far better for the other apps I have tried previously

No problems encountered with this programme. Notice it gets updates daily which is reassuring. So far has proved effective in keeping the nasty's away from my PC over the many years I have relied upon the service it provides.

Opening web pages via Safe Money can sometimes take time.

The first thing that gets you about this suite of apps is that it functions from one interface. It is also mostly logical in its layouts and menus. The speed is good on my 10th gen i5, and the plugins for mozilla firefox and Chrome dont have as many issues as norton.

I glad that Kaspersky are putting things in easier to understand language

I did not even realise that Kaspersky had a rescue disc facility until I saw the list below. What I think would be useful would be to have an "Intro" page, advising exactly what is available. For instance, I find the password manager very helpful, and that is not even mentioned in the list below. So an introduction on how to get the best out of Kaspersky would be very useful

I have used this security for a number of years & have found it simple to use & effective, with excellent assistance if required. The only thing I would wish for as an addition, would be a VPN, which is currently only available as an add-on at extra cost. Also, I find that when I renew, I'm better off checking current deals available, rather than automatic renewal.

I find Kaspersky Total Security intuitive to use. Install and setup is easy, with very clear pages and information. It has a direct link to 'My Kaspersky' where you can manage your device(s) setup, download more functionality, and get information and technical help. The customer support has been excellent the few times I have needed it. I would recommend this security software to anyone.

well the name covers it. I have been using Kaspersky for over ten years now and just find it works well and so far no security issues on my PC's. it seems to catch things before they make it to your PC without fuss. Make sure it is up to date and the settings are correct and you can relax

Like many computer users I have been around the block when it comes to online security, over this last 20 years I have used most of the leading packages available. After much disappointment I tried Kaspersky 6 years ago, since then I have used nothing else but Kaspersky on all by devices, now purchasing the multi-licence option to protect all my family devices. Nothing comes near, I would not use any other online protection, Kaspersky is simply the best.

i use total security and it use sensible amount of resources. Overall the TS pack I use home and in the office- no issues whatsoever. You should brainstorm your "Parental control" - something like timer control over some applications/ games , internet access, key logger (yeah why not) or silent sentinel monitoring for "adult" words. Yeah..something on this path of thinking.

I have used Kaspersky for several years and the software has never failed to protect my computer. The system is always being updated and protects against real time threats almost as soon as a threat is known. If you want the best, then this is the package for you.

I have been using Kaspersky for over 20+ years and never had a problem, it has caught numerous viruses, worms, rootkits and trojans over the years. Now with Total Security I am able to protect not only my PC but my phone and tablets as well. I whole heartedly recommend Kaspersky for anyone in need for top notch. all round protection. The main reason I switched from the other two is because Kaspersky caught the infection the others couldn't.

Kasperskey has been protecting my digital and internet life for years and I have not had one single infection or breach. This internet protection has little impact on my performance on several different platforms, PC, laptop, Kindle & android and has always delivered silent & faultless service. The interface is easy to navigate & use and most importantly for myself is easy to set to my own preferences especially regarding the firewall which on many internet protection products is very difficult to do. It is moderately priced especially considering what it actually does, It scans quickly and unobtrusively and lets you decide what to do and when to do it. I heartily recommend kasperskey internet protection it is an amazing product that can be totally relied on in this virulent digital quagmire we find ourselves now traversing.

I've been user of kaspersky since 2014 and it has been a great security center TBH I Didn't see any 32-Bit PC since 2010 and I didn't have one BUT I don't know why kasper lab is make their apps in 32 Bit ! Even Microsoft stops supporting 32-Bit machines when Windows 11 introduced and the great other apps have released in 64-Bit. please make and release 64-BIT version of you Apps

Excellent protection, has everything you need, I have been an user of Kaspersky since 2009 and never used another security company since then. I'm delighted with the software and every now and then they release another software to add more and more protection and utilities, always innovating!

Talk about fit and forget. Downloading Kaspersky is easy and straightforward. And for me that's the end of it. It sits quietly in the background doing its job. Updates in the background without intruding. Doesn't constantly tell you how many fiendish attacks it has stopped or pesters with 'special offers'. stops intrusive advertising on many sites. There are all the bolt ons for those who need them but I only use the main Total Security program.

so far so good with my new protection and all for one price instead of always receiving updates that cost more. Seems to do the job I chose it for and very pleased so far.

Virus detection ok, not problematic for system performance, easy installation.

I had had Kasperky Internet Security on my laptop for years as a perk from my bank before I decided to buy the Total Security. It comes with great features that guarantee full protection against internet dangers, as camera block, Safe Money and the VPN (though it could be even nicer and provide a bigger traffic coverage...). Many other tools help keep your computer safe and clean of dangerous unwanted issues - some of these tools I understand, some I don't, but they work. A great technical support, too, for whenever you have any issue. Totally recommended!

I have been using Kaspersky anti virus programmes for some few years now, on the recommendation, and testing by Computer active Magazine, I switched to TotaL Security after I had tried the password manager and found that was incorporated with this programme. I sometimes have a slight problem with that but the technical team soon sort that out, many times it is banks changing security requirements that cause those. but on the whole I really like password manager from which I can also use my credit card safely when buying on the internet.

For me, Kaspersky is the best security software i have ever used, although there are no any security program that is 100% secure. But, with Kaspersky Total Security, i have a peace of mind. I feel more secure than the ones i have used before. This program is not too heavy, as it is with Norton internet security. Kaspersky Total Security is very effective in detecting malware, unlike McFee internet security. It has that web browser extra protection, stopping any stealth cookies and other malicious programs from stealing your personal details. I have used this program for the whole year without getting any issues. that's why i recommend Kaspersky. They're the experts in this field of security, basing on my own user experience.

I have never in all the years using it been infected with anything. I would like to say it protects against Corona Virus, but that would not be true

I tried several software packages in the years back. Once I tried Kaspersky I feel I found MY virus software. I installed it, it does its work reliably in the back and I never regretted to have made this decision. No problems since on my machines (PC, laptop, smartphone).

From the ease of downloading, to the fair pricing, you'll struggle to find a better product for internet security. The password vault makes surfing the net safe and simple. Those two words don't normally go together, but they do when you are using Kaspersky.

I am using Kaspersky, and lately, Total Security since 2009, I think. To me, it is by far the best in it's class compared to all others I have used prior to 2008. I am impressed with features like Privacy Protection and Safe Money. I will never go back to others antiviruses programs, as long as Kaspersky keeps up the good work.

The software has worked well over the years but recent events in the Ukraine with Russia especially with the reduction of the gas supply to Europe make me think when my contract runs out not to renew.

Expensive but seems to give good protection. Does interupt with pop ups asking for password after saving a sites password.

I am generally happy with the level of security being provided by Kaspersky. However, my laptop security was compromised once when my Kaspersky personal vault was attacked and that resulted in my important files being wiped out and I could never recover them. I still believe Kaspersky is a good security package providing a good overall computer protection. I just don't used the vault.

The protection is second to none, and it updates itself without issue. However, in its ongoing need to be the "only" security that it wants me to use, it regularly sends messages offering to remove what it defines as "Unsuitable Software" suggesting that the offending software is incompatible with Kaspersky and therefore needs to be removed. I always refuse. On one of my such incompatible security programmes, I have a lifetime licence, and am not prepared to sacrifice that facility for Kaspersky. Ironically, many other items of security work well with other programs, and actually boast about their compatibility. Sadly, Kaspersky works the other way, and lists the software it deems is incompatible with Kaspersky. The Kaspersky Licence Renewal process does not seem to be a very smooth operation. I renewed my licence for Total Security for 3 devices in mid Oct 2021, in readiness for an expiry date of 9 December 2021. I currently have 2 laptops of differing ages, and am planning on getting another laptop next year, hence the 3rd device aspect of the licence. I keyed the activation code on to Kaspersky on my 2 devices in late October, in readiness, so that the system could store the activation code in time for expiry, and a smooth switchover. On one of my devices however, upon expiry on 9 December 2021, I received an error message advising that Kaspersky functionality had been limited, inviting me to renew my licence. Upon clicking on the error message, I was asked to enter my Kaspersky password, which I did. So Kaspersky now correctly shows an expiry date of 10 December 2022, but warns me that my Total Security Licence will expire in 365 days, and I need to renew my licence now (!!!). I was not expecting such a message, and am not going to do anything else, irrespective of further error messages, until October 2022, when I need to buy a further licence.

Easy to set up and use, never had any problems with my security since using Kaspersky (8 yrs now) my only negative, and this has nothing to do with the effectiveness and performance is the user interface,is it needs to be more modern looking.

virus protection good - VPN didnt really work and password management a nightmare

Kaspersky has been my security system for many years, at time it has been hard to load for the Initial Install each year but worked OK for the rest of the Year. This time I bought a 2 year Code and it has been on my system for 390 Days. It is working but not as I would like it as it keeps wanting me to Renew and Load further Add-ons and it keeps interrupting with fault messages when on the computer. It is working with Windows 11 and has stopped parts of it working. Their is no information in paper form on how to use it fully an this would be of assistance to a basic user.

I am not happy with Kaspersky. The user interface is confusing and full of things I do not understand - "data update", "back up and restore" etc which are not explained properly. The "More Tools" is full of technical stuff which is not explained properly so I don't use them because I don't understand them. The Quick Scan taks a ridiculously long time, and the Full Scan takes forever. And they never, not once, alert me to anything wrong, not a cookie, nothing - so I wonder if the scans are genuine or fake. Kaspersky does sometimes warn me about, or wants to prevent me, using a website - but it usually does so about websites which I know 100% are perfectly good. Yet it does nothing to warn me if on the odd occasion, I accidentally venture onto one that appears very dodgy. I also resent Kaspersky's pop-up advertising and pestering me when it's time to renew.

Very often I help to install anti-virus protection for elderly people who use their computers to communicate with their relatives, children and grandchildren through social networks. Antivirus Kaspersky is very suitable for stable and reliable computer protection.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus sits quietly in the background and just does what I want it to do, protect me. But, if you have children or are simply not aware of "phising" sites, malware and the other horrors lurking out there in cyberspace you should upgrade to a more comprehensive Kaspersky product.

Not only was Kaspersky anti-virus recommended to me as the most efficient system, I can vouch that the Kaspersky team offer excellent support when it is needed.

Great protection, has excellent protection while browsing the internet. Fast with scanning and online protection. Uses heuristics and a online database of malicious websites. Absolute no hindrance in system performance. Even has a gaming mode where it silently goes to background to watch over the system without interfering with your game. Easy, clear and sleek interface. Upgrading to a newer version is easy peasy. Never had any problems, protected me on multiple occasions.

I have used Kaspersky since 1997 and have had no failures with protection on our PCs/Laptops. We have recommended to all our clients. Technical support is excellent. Only issues have been with online purchases, otherwise a perfect service.

I downloaded a game from a website, but it had a trojan, but kaspersky saved my PC!

Protection is okay. I activated it in my fifth attempt because I could activate it only after completing the trial version.

In my view the software is generally very sensitive to suspicious software/malware. However, i would appreciate if the software could prompt the user to provide real-time suggestions on actions to be submitted to your repository for further technical evaluation. This is because issues often emerge during the work process. On the other hand, while the software asks the user to allow an action based on whether the user trusts that source(s) or not, i would be technically useful if the software identifies the potential issues related to the action and also provide the best solution since users may not be technically competent.

The major downside I find is that Kaspersky tends to decide to do an update or the package or the data and does not take into account anything else which is happening on the PC this does on ocassions cause problems if the machine is doing anything time critical

Scanner does what it need to do.

Used Kaspersky for many many years. I find it much better AV than other makes. My only gripe is the user interface. Sometimes you have to really go looking to make changes to settings or search even deeper just to get Kaspersky to ignore objects or to add to exclusions before scanning.

The Kaspersky Antivirus has generally been good as far as protection is concerned however sometimes it has had challenges while getting updates and some updates make the PC slow but generally I recommend that its code be made lighter in order to enable smooth running and increase in computer processing power.

At point of renewal online it wasn’t clear on pressing the renew button whether once pressed I would be able to change the product as this is what I wanted to do. I contacted customer support and spoke to someone in another country who wasn’t able to resolve my issue in the end I started from scratch installed the alternative product over existing one both from Kaspersky. This gave me some set up issues and I wasted quite a lot of time trying to download it and many other technical things that were beyond me however I finally got the product and its working okay now thank you.

after a recent windows update, kaspersky stopped working i had to redownload the program after several unsuccessful attempts in your site i somehow managed to find my way around it

I have used Kaspersky now for quite a few years now and honestly I would not use anything else. The anti virus is much more superior to any other.

Simple enough to use . Some more complicated using my kaspersky for scanning when you use more than one computers under same email.

I've been a customer for a number of years. It has always worked well and kept me safe. I have learnt to not accept the renewal prompts and to purchase with other offers open to new customers. This year I saved 70% on the default.

Kaspersky, please reward repeat customers not treat us as cash cows.

Really annoying that a Kaspersky popup about enabling protection extension repeatably appears when using Firefox, even though the extension is already enabled. it has just appeared a few seconds ago!!!

I have continued to use this here in the UK despite government opposition and Barclays bank stopping free use. It is seamless and the protection for financial sites seems to work well. Since installation I have not had any problems with the software nor external threats or false positives.

I believe the protection offered by Kaspersky is second to none. The downside in my opinion is the difficulty in the installation process. I find the whole process from paying for a subscription to downloading and installing the software extremely confusing. E.g., it is not clear how to input the activation code. I assumed this was my lack of ability/knowledge, but my colleague, who is an expert on computers, also finds it confusing, so maybe it is not just me!
