The User may cancel or terminate the contract for the purchase of the product within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product, without the need for justification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of support and/or assistance service products, no refunds will be made once they have been used, regardless of the time period elapsed.

In this case, will refund the amount paid by the User within a maximum period of 14 days from the effective reception of the communication of the right of withdrawal by the User. We will proceed to carry out the refund using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly stated otherwise; in any case, the User will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
